3. White-Label Client Data
Zync Deck is a white-label platform used by agencies to manage their own clients. When an agency uses the Service, they may store data about their own end clients (together, “Client Data”). This includes project details, deliverables, communications, and approval activity.
With respect to Client Data, we act as a data processor on behalf of the agency, who acts as the data controller. We process Client Data only to provide and operate the Service as directed by the agency, and we never sell, rent, or share agency client data with any third party for commercial purposes. We do not use Client Data for our own unrelated business interests.
Agencies are responsible for providing their own clients with appropriate notice regarding the handling of Client Data, and we provide tools and contractual terms (including a Data Processing Addendum) to support their compliance obligations.

You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling essential cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of the Service.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information and project data for as long as your agency account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and security obligations. Client Data is retained in accordance with the agency’s instructions and applicable law.
6. Data Deletion and Your Rights
