These Terms govern your use of the Zync Deck white-label client portal for agencies.
By accessing or using the Zync Deck platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Service.
You accept these Terms the moment you create an account. Creating or using an account constitutes your binding acceptance of this agreement, including any future amendments posted on this page. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an agency or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
Zync Deck is a white-label client portal built for agencies. It enables you to present a branded workspace — using your logo, colors and domain — where your own clients can review deliverables, track project progress and approve or reject work through a single, organized timeline.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zync Deck makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. You acknowledge that we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, or that it will meet your or your clients’ specific business expectations.
Paid access to Zync Deck is offered as a subscription, billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method on file according to the billing cycle you select.
Subscription fees, tax, and any related charges are collected and handled by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. Zync Deck does not store your full payment card details on its servers. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and to keep it up to date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access until that period ends.
If a payment is declined or fails, we will attempt to notify you. Failure to resolve outstanding payments may result in suspension of access, as described in Section 7.
As a Zync Deck customer, your agency is fully responsible for the content you and your clients upload, post, share, or otherwise make available through the Service.
Because Zync Deck is white-label, your clients interact with your branded portal. You are responsible for how you configure, present, and support the Service for your clients, and for any content they upload within your workspace.
Zync Deck does not own the data that your agency and its clients upload to the platform. You retain all rights to your content, and your clients retain their rights to theirs. We act as a neutral infrastructure provider and do not claim ownership of any client data hosted in your workspace.
We process your data solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service (for example, storing your projects, messages, and approvals so they render in your portal). We do not sell your data or your clients’ data to third parties.
You are responsible for providing your own clients with any privacy notices and obtaining any consents required by applicable law. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, but because your clients interact with your branded portal, you remain responsible for your relationship with them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zync Deck and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Zync Deck does not guarantee any particular business results, including client retention, approvals, revenue, or operational performance. You are solely responsible for the outcomes of your agency’s business, and we are not liable for problems, delays, or losses you experience in running your business while using the Service.
In no event shall Zync Deck’s total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service exceed the total amount you actually paid to Zync Deck in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us. Data access after cancellation is governed by your plan and applicable retention policies.
Zync Deck reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, engage in unlawful or abusive conduct, or fail to pay your subscription when due.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete or disable access to your account and the content within it. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including Limitation of Liability and User Responsibilities — will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please reach out to us and we will be happy to help.
Contact our team at support@zyncdeck.com and we’ll respond within 24 hours.
